Sólo con subir o bajar la calle Dizengoff encontrará un sinfín de opciones de bares, restaurantes, boutiques y mucho más. La zona del Viejo Norte es perfecta para explorar los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, como la plaza Rabin y la plaza Dizengoff, y de camino descubrirá los múltiples cafés de los alrededores y los restaurantes locales. Estará a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la playa, y desde allí podrá caminar hasta el puerto de la ciudad o incluso hasta el parque Ha-Yarkon. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
Quiet hours 10pm - 8:00am
A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Upon check-out, please:
* Put used towels inside the laundry basket.
* Ensure all windows are closed.
* Please leave everything tidy.
* Turn off the air conditioner and lights
