The space Cute and cozy, perfect for hosting a Tel Aviv getaway. The apartment maintains an urban vibe and has all the essentials needed for a perfect vacation, or a business trip. You can start the day with breakfast on your own balcony, and finish it with a drink overlooking the city. There is a shelter room (one bedroom is a mamad in hebrew). Wheelchair Accessible The neighborhood The flat is nestled in the heart of Tel Aviv’s Old North area, and right on Dizengoff street: one of the liveliest streets in the city. Just by walking up or down Dizengoff street you will find endless options of bars, restaurants, boutiques and more! The Old North area is perfect for exploring the city's landmarks such as Rabin square and Dizengoff square, and on the way there you will discover the multiple cafes around and local eateries. You will be just a 10-minutes walk from the beach, and from there you can walk up to the city port or even to Ha-Yarkon park. A 5-minute walk will take you to ‘Independence park’ where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular sunset views. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
Quiet hours 10pm - 8:00am
A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Upon check-out, please:
* Put used towels inside the laundry basket.
* Ensure all windows are closed.
* Please leave everything tidy.
* Turn off the air conditioner and lights
