The Space Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhood in Tel Aviv, you can find this lovely apartment in a brand new tower. The atmosphere inside combines the freshness of the sea breeze along with modern appliances; it features 1 bedroom, a bright salon and an ample open kitchen with city view. Last but not least, there is a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, take a minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home. There is a shelter room (one of the bedroom is a mamad in hebrew). The neighborhood Hayarkon street a minute walk distance from the promenade. Located in the old Yemenite quarter, you can stroll through smaller streets and appreciate the architecture of one of Tel Aviv’s first neighborhoods. Take a 5 minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.

EARLY CHECK-IN: For check-ins after or around check-out time if there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival, we are happy to arrange free early check-in. Subject to availability.
Early check-ins before check-out time there is an extra charge of 40% of the night rate.

Upon check-out, please:
* Put used towels inside the laundry basket.
* Ensure all windows are closed.
* Please leave everything tidy.
