The Space Welcome to your urban coastal retreat on HaYarkon Street. Located on the 1st floor (with an elevator) of a well-maintained building equipped with a secure shelter (Mamad), this 100 sqm apartment combines space, style, and an unbeatable location just steps from the Mediterranean shore. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the apartment features: Living Area: A bright, thoughtfully furnished living space with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV for relaxing after a day in the city. Bedrooms: Three separate, well-appointed bedrooms fitted with fresh linens and quality bedding. Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms (1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet). Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooking essentials, and utensils so you can easily prepare meals at home. The Location Situated right in the heart of Tel Aviv along the vibrant HaYarkon strip, you are within easy walking distance of the beach. Step outside and immerse yourself in the city's best cafes, restaurants, cultural spots, and nightlife, all while having a quiet, sophisticated sanctuary to return to. Parking & Amenities Parking: Private parking is available next to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Suitable for standard vehicles only (maximum width 1.9m, maximum height 1.6m). Please check with us beforehand if you are driving a larger car. Essentials: Fresh towels, linens, and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided upon arrival. A baby crib or extra folding bed can be arranged upon request.

The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment.

The minimum age for check-in is 25 years.
Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the property clean and tidy, no dirty dishes and should dispose of all garbage. If not adhered to, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any disruptive noise is prohibited past 22:00.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

You must complete an online check-in form before your stay.
In case of refund or partial refund, transaction fees between 3 to 5% of the payment will be charged.
Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 18% VAT.
A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be reimbursed 7 – 14 working days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Respect your neighbors from 9pm to 8am.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 450 NIS per stay.
🍼 Baby Cot: Available upon request for an additional 170 NIS (delivery and cleaning cost). Please note that, for insurance reasons, linens are not provided.
👶 Baby High Chair: Available on demand for a 90 NIS fee to cover delivery and cleaning. Please let us know in advance if you'd like us to set it up for you!
🍲 Plata (Hot Plate): Available upon request for an additional 70 NIS (delivery fee). Please let us know in advance if you need one arranged for your stay!
