The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment.
For safety reasons, an additional security deposit will be collected by credit card according to the apartment size. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Lost keys or getting locked out: €100 per key set for replacement.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The law in Spain requires the passports of all guests must be provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Any ID not provided will not be permitted to stay in the property. Without all ID cards/Passports, keys to the property will not be handed over.
Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.
No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted.
The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise.
The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
