The Space This elegant yet cozy apartment next to Bograshov street is the ideal rental for your vacation. The modern design and open layout welcomes warmth and relaxation. The very large terrace is very nice for having dinner or just to read a book on a nice chair. This space has 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and can occupy up to four guests comfortably. There is a shelter room (one of the bedroom is a mamad in hebrew). Wheelchair Accessible The Neighborhood The location of this apartment is hard to beat. Being in the heart of Tel Aviv, this apartment allows you to live like a local. Whether you are in Tel Aviv for business or pleasure, the apartment is a short walk to many of Tel Aviv’s most reputable restaurants on Bograshov and next to the beach of course. If you are in the mood to watch the sunset on the promenade, the famous beaches are a five-minute walk away. The Amenities The flat is fully equipped so you can feel at home and just focus on relaxing. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit.
In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form.
